Calling all Drillers - Geotechnical in the in Selinsgrove/ Williamsport area.
We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our geotechnical drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on drilling experience, strong knowledge of geotechnical drilling methods, and previous supervisory experience.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Overview
Calling all Drillers - Geotechnical in the in Selinsgrove/ Williamsport area.
We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our geotechnical drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on drilling experience, strong knowledge of geotechnical drilling methods, and previous supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee geotechnical drilling activities in the field.
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Supervise drilling crews and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain accurate drilling logs and field documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and resolving field issues.
- Coordinate with project and field teams to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Minimum Class B CDL.
- Valid NJ, MD, or DE Well Drilling Certification.
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher.
- 10 years of geotechnical drilling experience across various drilling methods.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work in the field and travel to project sites as needed.
