Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated IT/OT Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing project activities across various IT and OT projects.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Track and report project progress, identifying risks or delays and recommending solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Help facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of project deliverables.
• Assist with resource allocation and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the project management organization.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree and/or PMP/CAPM certification is a plus.
  
  

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Understanding of systems deployment methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of utility operations and electric/gas grid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
