Job Summary
Trazzo Lighting LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Miami team. This position is responsible for coordinating the operational flow of lighting projects — from order confirmation to installation — ensuring that materials, schedules, and site conditions are aligned for timely and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project orders, deliveries, and schedules between suppliers, warehouse, installers, and clients.
- Supervise the pre-installation process: verifying drawings, installation readiness, and product quality before delivery.
- Ensure alignment between design, technical, and installation teams.
- Manage work orders, purchase orders, and installation documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve logistical or technical issues.
- Maintain communication with clients and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Support operations management with reports, project documentation, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards on every project site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Management, or related fields (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or operations (lighting, construction, or design industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Availability to visit project sites in Miami and surrounding areas.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating with electricians, installers, and designers.
- Knowledge of lighting systems, electrical drawings, or interior fit-out processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
