Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team, supporting hotel partners through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
All onboarding, training, and ongoing support is delivered remotely from our New Orleans office, enabling you to support hotel partners globally without requiring travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training for new hotel customers via Zoom
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across global accounts
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage many accounts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
