We’re looking for a high-output Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify opportunities through cold calling and outbound outreach.
This is a performance-driven role focused on one thing:
creating conversations and booking qualified demos.
What You’ll Do:
• Make high-volume cold calls to decision-makers
• Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Identify and qualify opportunities quickly
• Book demos for the sales team
• Manage pipeline and track activity consistently
• Follow proven scripts and refine messaging over time
Who You Are:
• Experienced in cold calling / outbound sales
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
• Strong communicator with solid objection handling
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
What You’ll Be Selling Into:
You’ll be targeting brick & mortar retail businesses (furniture, mattress, jewelry, flooring, and more), helping owners and operators improve performance through better data and visibility.
