Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong integration expertise, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations and rollouts. This role requires someone who can independently engage with stakeholders, understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and recommend best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design, develop, and support complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Participate in enterprise ServiceNow rollouts, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Take complete ownership of assigned workstreams from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8–9 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Extensive experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
- Proven experience participating in or leading enterprise ServiceNow rollouts and implementations.
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Houston, Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or related ServiceNow modules.
Certifications Required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
