Looking for a Closing Coordinator with strong attention todetail, ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced, deadline drivenenvironment. Will assist in completing the closing packages for customer workorders which consists of redlining engineering prints then drawing allengineering prints digitally using designated software, uploading pictures intodatabase, compiling and organizing documents.

Responsibilities:
- Update job status in JobTrac.
- Use time sheets to mark prints for specified jobs and verify units .
- File all job info into folders.
- Compile closing packages for customer billing.
- Take paper engineering prints and recreate them.
- digitally utilizing software.
- Perform other general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, scanning, making copies, etc).
- Assist Supervisor as needed
Who we are looking for…
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
- You will have will have 0-3 year's minimum experienceproviding administrative support.
- You will have CAD or other digitally engineering softwareexperience preferred.
- Be detailed oriented with focus on accuracy; be able todemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills; and be proficient withMicrosoft Business Applications (Word, Excel, etc).
