Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to configure and maintain GIS data for customer projects.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to deliver GIS solutions.
- Assist in programming, designing, and administering interactive web mapping applications using Esri ArcGIS software.
- Conduct field surveys, site walks, and feasibility assessments to determine optimal routing for network deployments.
- Support the estimating and project management teams with GIS data and mapping tools.
- Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to project sites or client meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Proficiency in Google Earth, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ArcGIS.
- Experience with ArcGIS and CAD systems is essential.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while performing detailed work efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
