Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs using power tools and manual techniques, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical fixes
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Assist with erosion control measures and implement safety regulations in construction or repair zones
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while following OSHA safety standards and manual handling protocols
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, or structural elements to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations by using respiratory protection, climbing safely, and adhering to industrial construction practices
Skills
- Strong ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings for accurate execution of tasks
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across various systems
- Familiarity with erosion control techniques and implementing OSHA safety standards in construction environments

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
