Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administrative support, human resources, and financial management. The Medical Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the medical office, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee medical billing and coding processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
• Maintain electronic health record systems
• Manage payroll and employee time-off
• Ensure compliance with HIPPA and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and monitor budgets, provide monthly operational reports
• Provide support for critical care situations as needed
• Manage employee performance metrics

- Data analysis - must be able to run operation reports and track metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role
• Proficient in medical management software systems such as Epic or Athena
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with fiscal management principles
• Knowledge of personal injury required
• Spreadsheet Proficiency required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: 80K-90K (plus bonus) determined by experience, salaried position
