The Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead oversees the daily coordination of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and outbound logistics. This role ensures all inventory transactions are completed accurately in NetSuite, supports efficient pick/pack/ship workflows, and manages scheduling for inter-warehouse transfers and outbound freight. The Team Lead provides hands-on support in the warehouse while also owning the administrative and systems components of logistics.
Responsibilities
● Lead daily pick, pack, and ship activities to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
● Oversee physical inventory movement and ensure all activity is accurately recorded in NetSuite (receipts, transfers, adjustments, etc.).
● Plan and schedule inter-warehouse transfers; ensure timely preparation, staging, and movement of materials.
● Book transportation, create shipping labels, and prepare required documentation.
● Ensure all sales orders, transfer orders, and item fulfillments are recorded correctly in NetSuite.
● Promote a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
● Serve as the main point of contact for warehouse logistics questions across the organization.
● Oversee packaging standards, accuracy checks, and shipment readiness.
● Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including FedEx, LTL carriers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners.
● Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding delivery timelines, exceptions, or delays.
● Support cycle counts and physical inventories by ensuring proper warehouse organization and transaction
accuracy.
● Perform eCommerce fulfillment and transfer orders in a timely manner.
● Monitor inventory discrepancies and collaborate with Operations and Accounting to resolve issues.
● Troubleshoot basic system issues and maintain clean workflows within the warehouse module.
● Identify opportunities to streamline system processes and improve transaction accuracy.
● Train and support warehouse team members in fulfillment processes and system use.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory best practices and warehouse layout optimization preferred.
- Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or freight scheduling systems preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Chauffeur’s License or willingness to obtain one.
- Certified Driver’s License or willingness to obtain one.
