Service Retrofit Tech I – A level I Tech should have 1-3 years of field experience. A Tech I is qualified and able to conduct basic installs and repairs in the field but is not considered proficient enough to work unsupervised. A Tech I will assist in the supervision and installation of DX Split Systems, above ceiling unit replacements and rooftop replacements
Service Retrofit Tech II - A level II Tech should have 3 years of field experience. A Tech II is qualified and able to conduct installs and repairs in the field and proficient enough to work unsupervised. A Tech II will assist in the supervision and installation of DX Split Systems, above ceiling unit replacements and rooftop replacements
Service Retrofit Tech III – A level III Tech should have 5 years of field experience. A Tech III is qualified and able to conduct installs and repairs in the field and proficient enough to work unsupervised. A Tech III will assist in the supervision and installation of DX Split Systems, above ceiling unit replacements and rooftop replacements. A Tech III will continually enforce safety to the highest standards and be able to mentor junior team members.
