Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Travers Auto Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms of sale and financing options with customers to close deals successfully.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and payment options.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Conduct public presentations or demonstrations as needed to promote vehicles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales or RV sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Must have 3-5 years sales experience
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial.
