Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a National Director of Sales, preferably located in Southeast U.S. The National Director of Sales will oversee and drive sales strategies, ensure effective sales operations, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth. Primary responsibilities include developing sales plans, enhancing customer satisfaction, leading and mentoring a sales team, developing client acquisition strategies, attend and manage trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in Sales Operations, including developing strategies and implementing processes for enhanced performance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster lasting client relationships
- Proven leadership abilities in Team Management, including developing, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams
- Experience in the travel industry, specifically with travel agents and tour operators
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the insurance or travel industry is an advantage
- Extensive travel in the U.S. and abroad
