ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the operational engine of our agency.
This is not a traditional operations role.
You will:
- Build and optimize systems and workflows
- Own our CRM and pipeline structure
- Lead and develop our CCC (admin/support team)
- Drive accountability and operational performance across the company

What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize Operations
- Design and improve workflows across sales, booking, and servicing
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Lead the Customer Care Consultant (Sales Support) Team
- Manage and develop our admin/support team
- Ensure high-quality execution of all operational processes
- Improve productivity, accuracy, and consistency
Own CRM & Pipeline Systems
- Manage and optimize Pipedrive
- Enforce pipeline discipline and data accuracy
- Build workflows, automations, and reporting
Drive Capacity & Workload Planning
- Manage team workload and capacity
- Ensure efficient distribution of work
- Forecast staffing and operational needs
Deliver Data & Insights
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Provide leadership with real-time business visibility
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities

This is a newly created position resulting from our past growth and our plans to continue growing into the future. This is a full-time salaried position with a great benefits package and a supportive office. The position is mostly Monday to Friday, but occasional weekend days and occasional travel should be expected. This position will be part of our Leadership Team and has the potential to be part of the firm's succession planning. There is a very strong desire and commitment to this being an in-office position in Eugene, Oregon. However, a top candidate may be considered for relocation or remote work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years in operations management or business operations
- Proven experience managing teams (admin/support or similar)
- Strong experience designing and improving processes
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- High attention to detail and execution standards
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership
- Experience with AI tools and automation preferred
- Travel industry experience is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be able to meet physical requirements as outlined in the Essential Functions
- Successful completion of a background check is required
