About The Position
Local Rates: $75 51-100 Mile, $70- 50 miles or less Assignment for 13-16 weeks. Hospice RN, This position will have an every weekend requirement. Shift is 8H Days - 40H per week. Wednesday - Sunday, 8am - 5pm. IVS to interview/offer; E/O Monday SD ; Min 3yrs prior community hospice exp. req. BLS req;Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education;Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills. Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, family, and team. Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes.; Fac will accept COVID and FLU declinations;Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
