Travellers Autobarn is a global campervan rental company, born in Australia, now rolling across the U.S., New Zealand, and Japan. Our Las Vegas branch is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who will take ownership, build a positive team culture, and team up with Branch Manger and run the branch like they own it.

What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas branch — vans, people, and processes.
- Train, coach, and lead a small team with clarity and consistency.
- Own the fleet’s presentation and readiness: cleaning, safety checks, maintenance.
- Jump in on customer service when needed — lead from the front.
- Track maintenance, manage expenses and receipts, and coordinate service bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and positive working environment.
What You Bring
Required:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Basic mechanical or handyman know-how — you’re not afraid of a wrench.
- Strong communicator with natural leadership instincts.
- Comfortable with computers, apps, and admin tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive, rental, hospitality, or tourism operations.
- Team leadership or supervisory background.
- A passion for road trips or travel is a plus.
