Role Description The Remote Vacation Planner role is a part time/ full time position based in the United States. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and timelines, then designing customized vacation itineraries that may include lodging, transportation, activities, and dining. The Vacation Planner will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, coordinate bookings, and provide ongoing support before and during trips, with an emphasis on destinations such as Disney parks and resorts. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, offering expert recommendations, maintaining accurate records of reservations, and staying current on travel deals and destination updates. The role also includes educating clients on travel options, policies, and best practices, and collaborating with team members to improve services and client exp

- Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
- Experience with Travel Arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Knowledge of Disney destinations, resorts, and vacation packages, with the ability to provide informed recommendations.
- Ability to provide Training to clients or colleagues on travel tools, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Business Travel needs, including itinerary planning and travel policy considerations.
- Comfort using online booking platforms, CRM or client management tools, and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client itineraries at once.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or travel-related certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
