Remote Travel Itinerary Planner

Traveling with Michaila is seeking an organized and motivated Remote Travel Itinerary Planner to support the research, coordination, and preparation of personalized travel plans. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys planning, researching options, and helping travelers organize their experiences from start to finish. Training resources and ongoing guidance are provided to help you learn travel planning procedures and become familiar with industry tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation options based on traveler preferences
• Compare accommodations, activities, transportation options, and destination experiences
• Gather client preferences, travel dates, budgets, and special requests
• Organize travel schedules and prepare detailed, personalized itineraries
• Assist with coordinating travel reservations and maintaining accurate booking details
• Keep itinerary information, confirmations, and client records organized
• Communicate updates and help address changes to planned travel arrangements
• Research destination information and stay current on relevant travel considerations

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using online research tools and digital platforms
• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize deadlines
• Interest in travel, hospitality, planning, or customer service
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace
• Previous travel, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
