JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a positive, well spoken, energetic individual who is able to answer telephones and help with minor tasks that might come about in the office. - Answer the telephones
- Assist the Office Manager, and help out the Medical Schedulers
- Helping out patients understand their concerns and triage calls to the correct person.
- Help manage patient referrals
- Scanning documents and properly uploading them to the EMR
- Sorting out medical documents
- Returning patient calls
- Strong knowledge of technology
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office products
- Must have a great phone voice
- Must have worked in a medical office in the past
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to be respectable to all staff members
- Must be willing to take direction
- High School Diploma/GED
