Travelin’ Tom’s is a growing mobile coffee truck serving high-quality coffee and specialty drinks throughout St. Louis. Our goal is simple: serve great drinks and make every customer feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to see us. Events can get very busy, so we need team members who can stay friendly, upbeat, and attentive while also working quickly and efficiently.
We are a new location with a small, growing team. We currently operate one truck and plan to add a second within the next six months, with more growth possible after that. As one of our first employees, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we operate and the kind of team culture we build.
I’m Scott, the owner and operator. I’m a 35-year-old dad of four and previously worked in software design at Adobe before starting Travelin’ Tom’s last year. You will train closely with me, along with my brother-in-law Alex, who was our first employee.
Our goal is to train you to confidently operate the truck, serve customers, make drinks, and eventually run events independently. Barista or bartender experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are happy to train someone who is dependable, friendly, calm under pressure, and able to move quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
Salary : $15 - $20
