Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in guest rooms and common areas through thorough housekeeping duties
- Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors across various channels
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized assistance to enhance their stay
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations
Qualifications
