RV Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RV Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lot while completing minor repairs on campers. This position involves various tasks related to camper care, including washing, detailing, minor repairs, and ensuring that all units are presentable for our customers. This position is conducted outdoors year-round, so you will be exposed to the elements. Pay rate is $17-$23.50 an hour depending on experience. Hours will range from 35-40 per week.

**Do not apply if you have no handy skills. The majority of this role is cleaning up the lot/units and small RV repairs.**

Responsibilities

• Perform detail services, including exterior washing and interior cleaning of vehicles.
• Detail units by vacuuming, polishing, and buffing surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lot area, including janitorial duties to uphold a professional appearance.
• Reorganize/move units safely within the lot and to designated areas as required.
• Report any issues or damages to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Multi-task and execute a variety of tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with travel trailers and repairs is preferred.
• Experience in detailing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and custodial experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable transportation method.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential traits for success in this role.
