Job Summary
The Fleet Sales Account Manager is an integral role responsible for maintaining our existing customer base and growing new business in assigned territory. They will establish and maintain relationships with customers, TA internally, and throughout the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with Senior Level Management to increase existing business at current accounts and new prospects.
· Provide resolution of customer issues.
· Maintain and grow customer profitability by analyzing customer needs and determine how TA products and services meet those needs.
· Maintain and grow new business in assigned territory in accounts with truck size greater than 100 trucks.
· Review all fleet performance on a monthly basis.
· Collaborate with internal groups: credit, customer service, systems, field operations, Truck Service, and marketing.
· Establish and maintain industry relationships: third parties, state and local associations, and tradeshow events.
· Establish and maintain relationships with TA/Petro Franchise owners.
· Maintain customer database and robust pipeline in SalesForce.com.
· Assist program managers in development of total Truck Service offers based on feedback from fleet customers.
· Execute and manage special projects.
· Audit Truck Service programs at the site level with both company and franchisees.
· Assist as needed with credit processes, resolving billing errors and account conversions.
· Participate in company sponsored seminars/training programs.
Qualifications
· 2 years of sales experience required.
· Bachelor’s degree or related field experience preferred.
· Previous direct customer sales experience managing a total account portfolio generating multimillion dollars in revenue.
· Contract negotiating experience in a lead role along with strong PC and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
