Role Description

This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an Cruise Vacation Specialist.

As a Cruise Specialist, you will act as a personal curator for your clients, turning their dream vacations into reality. From researching hidden gems to managing logistics like flights, cruises, excursions, and tours, you will handle the details so your clients can simply focus on making memories.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Connect with clients to uncover their ideal travel styles, bucket-list destinations, and budget parameters.
  • Itinerary Curation: Craft bespoke, day-by-day travel itineraries tailored to unique client preferences.
  • Logistics Management: Secure and manage bookings for lodging, airfare, ground transportation, cruises, and local experiences.
  • Expert Guidance: Offer proactive advice on travel insurance, visa requirements, local customs, and hidden hotspots.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain prompt, enthusiastic communication with clients before, during, and after their travels.
  • Administrative Precision: Oversee booking confirmations, process payments securely, and deliver accurate travel portfolios to clients.
  • Industry Learning: Keep pace with emerging travel trends, new resort openings, and exclusive supplier promotions.
