We’re seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist / Assistant Travel Concierge to support our lead travel advisors with day-to-day client service, trip management, and backend coordination. This person will play a vital role in ensuring all clients are greeted warmly, every itinerary is accurate, beautifully presented, and stress-free for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area, creating a positive first impression
- Prepare and send travel confirmations to clients
- Compile and deliver final travel documents in a polished and professional format
- Input and update client information in partner booking systems (e.g., Globus, Viking, etc.)
- Review all active files to verify dates, inclusions, and confirmed components
- Assist in booking trains, excursions, and add-on experiences
- Verify and monitor transfer and excursion logistics
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings or events
Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel industry or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and client service etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client files simultaneously
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week
