Compensation
$26.00/hour, approximately $54,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social channels
- Coordinates sales presentations and follow-up conversations
- Drive pipeline momentum through consistent follow-up, targeted outreach, and close collaboration with leadership
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent WorldVia and connect with potential clients
- Track sales progress and report on key metrics to management
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
