Cruise & Travel Sales Specialist
Orlando, FL –In Office $50,000 Uncapped Commission | Benefits Package
Schedule: 5 days over 7 days includes weekends - Two Shifts 8:45am-5pm & 1pm-9pm
Our client, a leading travel company specializing in premium cruise and tour vacations, is seeking an experienced Cruise & Travel Sales Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities ✅
Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
Recommend tailored cruise and tour vacation packages
Present premium, high-value travel itineraries
Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales
Prepare accurate quotes and booking documentation
Meet and exceed sales and performance KPI
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey
Required Experience ✔
Travel industry experience required
Cruise sales experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of destinations in Asia, Europe, and South America is a plus
Experience selling premium or multi-component vacations advantageous
Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and online research tools
