Job Description Location: Dallas, TX In Office / Hybrid Compensation $150,000-$220,000 Seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting Operations to lead company's financial strategy, accounting, reporting, forecasting, and compliance. Travel agency or hospitality finance experience is preferred. Lead accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, financial systems, and client/vendor billing.
Ensure accurate GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Advise the CEO and executive team on strategy, growth, cash flow, risk, and long-term planning. Financial systems, audits, reconciliations, commissions, and regulatory compliance.
Manage banking relationships, liquidity, tax filings, 401(k), and corporate entities. Lead and develop finance teams while strengthening financial policies and controls. Qualifications 15 years of finance/accounting leadership; 8-10 years in senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and systems experience (Trams, QuickBooks). Leadership, communication, integrity, and strategic judgment.
