Travel Nurse Across America Allied is seeking a Travel Ultrasound Technologist
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in North Conway, New Hampshire for a 13-week assignment, working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift.
Job Description:
As a Travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment and ensuring accurate images are obtained for physician interpretation. You will also prepare patients for testing, assist radiologists with procedures, and report any abnormalities to medical staff.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Current BLS certification
- ARDMS National Certification
- State-specific licensing when required
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
- A sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
