Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
">We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel opening in Lebanon, Oregon.
">The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and be certified in computed tomography with registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
">Responsibilities:

- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests ">
- Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as required ">
- Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions and position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies ">
- Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues ">
- Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues ">
- Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality ">
- Follow safety procedures when working with radiation and maintain accurate patient records ">
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system ">
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care ">
Requirements:

- 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist ">
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography ">
- BLS certification ">
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology ">
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop easily ">
Additional Information:
">This is a 13-week contract opportunity working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.
