- Licensure: Must hold a currently active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience acceptable; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Certifications: Standard PT licensure required; additional specialty certifications are a plus.
- EMR: Not required, but familiarity with documentation best practices preferred.
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- No holiday coverage required.
- Professional attire and adherence to clinical safety standards expected.
