Key Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Assess, triage, and manage care for patients of varying acuity levels.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain electronic or paper documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- May assist with charge duties or precepting based on experience and staffing needs.
- Active and current RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years Emergency Department experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
- PALS certification (preferred).
- Previous charge or preceptor experience is preferred but not required.
