Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care for a short-term contract assignment. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound assessment, treatment, and management while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide evidence-based wound treatments and dressing changes
• Monitor healing progress and document patient outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
  
  

Requirements

• Active California RN license (must be current)
• Minimum 3 years of Wound Care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
