Position Overview
In this role, you’ll assist clients with planning all types of travel—vacations, business trips, cruises, resort stays, and more. You’ll guide them through options, secure reservations, and make sure every detail of their trip is well-coordinated and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
- Offer recommendations based on client interests, needs, and budget
- Keep up with travel policies, and current promotions
- Partner with travel suppliers to find the best pricing and availability
- Build and maintain client relationships, encouraging loyalty and referrals
- Assist with required travel documents and travel protection options
- Record all bookings, payments, and trip details accurately
What You’ll Enjoy
- Work on your own schedule — full-time or part-time
- Earn commissions on bookings (this is a 1099 role)
