Position Overview
In this role, you’ll assist clients with planning all types of travel—vacations, business trips, cruises, resort stays, and more. You’ll guide them through options, secure reservations, and make sure every detail of their trip is well-coordinated and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized travel experiences including airfare, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and excursions
- Offer recommendations based on client interests, needs, and budget
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, destination updates, and entry requirements
- Partner with travel suppliers to find the best pricing and availability
- Build and maintain client relationships, encouraging loyalty and referrals
- Assist with required travel documents and travel protection options
- Record all bookings, payments, and trip details accurately
