Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Busser/Food Runner to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the key to ensuring our dining area stays clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. You'll work with servers and kitchen staff to deliver food promptly, clear tables efficiently, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to keep the dining area tidy and inviting.
• Assist in delivering food from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs during their meal.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Helping maintain cleanliness of front of house with servers at the beginning and end of each shift

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• This job is for applicants 18 years and older.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations like serving, food running, and kitchen support is beneficial.
• A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills in in-person settings.
