What You’ll Do:
- Lead all residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure project profitability
- Mentor and grow a talented construction team
- Ensure top-tier quality, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in residential construction (5 in a leadership role)
- Track record of managing multiple large-scale subdivisions
- Bachelor's degree preferred; FL Contractors License preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment)
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
