What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farmworker/laborer position at Trask Ag, LLC?
On farms operating tractors, implements, trucks and trailers to do field preparation, discing, ripping, fertilizing, planting, spraying, mowing and catch cart. Workers will also be doing manual agricultural labor such as picking up rocks, tearing out fence, doing minor upkeep on equipment, cleaning agricultural buildings and washing equipment. Hauling grain from fields to storage facilities. Workers will work from Monday-Sunday 8 hour days. Additional hours may be available to the workers if they choose to work additional time. 6 months agricultural equipment operation experience required. Must be able to climb ladders and obtain a drivers license, lift and carry 75lbs for 50yds and work outside in temperature extremes.
