Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junk Removal Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This includes lifting and moving heavy objects, sorting items for recycling or donation, and ensuring proper disposal of all materials. You will also interact directly with customers, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the professionalism that Trashletes is known for.
This position is available for both part-time and full-time work, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Additionally, for the right candidate, this role presents opportunities for growth and advancement into leadership or management positions as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently remove junk from various locations, including homes and businesses.
- Sort items to determine appropriate disposal methods, including recycling and donations.
- Operate and maintain equipment used for junk removal, such as trucks and trailers. Non-CDL dump truck.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience in junk removal or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$16-$20 per hour plus tips
