Move-Out & Post-Construction Cleaner Trash Out Crew LLC Trash Out Crew is looking for a dependable, hardworking cleaner to join our team. This is not routine housekeeping. Our cleaners specialize in detailed move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-construction final cleaning to get homes, apartments, and commercial properties ready for the next tenant, owner, or customer. Job Duties Move-Out & Deep Cleaning - Clean empty apartments, houses, and rental properties - Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms - Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers - Clean appliances inside and outside - Scrub sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and fixtures - Wipe walls, doors, trim, baseboards, and light switches - Clean windows, window sills, and tracks when required - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors - Remove cobwebs, dust, grease, and buildup - Complete final touch-ups so properties are move-in ready Post-Construction Cleaning - Remove construction dust from surfaces - Clean floors after remodeling or construction - Vacuum and wipe walls, trim, cabinets, doors, and fixtures - Clean windows and remove stickers or residue - Clean new kitchens and bathrooms - Remove light construction debris - Detail corners, edges, vents, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas - Perform final cleaning before the property is turned over to the customer What We're Looking For You must be: - Dependable and show up when scheduled - Able to work independently and as part of a crew - Detail-oriented - Comfortable working in dirty or dusty environments - Able to follow a cleaning checklist - Able to take before-and-after photos when required - Respectful of customers and their property - Able to work at a steady pace without sacrificing quality - Willing to travel to different job sites - Able to lift approximately 40–50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the workday Cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone who has a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail. Schedule Hours vary depending on our workload and job locations. Some jobs may require early mornings, longer days, or travel within our service area. Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
