What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician ($1000 Sign-on Bonus!!) position at Trapp Family Lodge?
Full Time, year-round.
Responds to Guest requests in a timely manner.
Reviews and completes work orders.
Documents status of each work order and follows up appropriately when needed.
Responds to radio dispatch requests.
Knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting and repair a plus.
General Maintenance experience preferred.
Clean Driver’s License.
Organizational skills necessary.
Shifts may vary. Weekends and holidays required.
**Sign-on bonus is available to new employees only or to former employees who have been separated from the company for six (6) months or more.**
*Sign on Bonuses are paid in two installments at 21 days and 270 days of employment.
