Full Time, year round. Assists in overseeing the operations of the Dining Room. Works closely with the Front of House. Must ensure an excellent guest experience, organization skills. Responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, the creation of a positive work environment, maximum profitability, and adequate supervision of dining room and dining room staff. Weekends and holidays required.
