Server (AM-$9/hr plus tips!)
At the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort, we are looking for friendly, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a professional, attentive, and friendly manner
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu and beverage offerings
- Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage guest checks
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and handling requests promptly
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to maintain smooth operations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to Vermont alcohol service regulations
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
