Trap House Cannabis is hiring for a Full-time budtender role. Primary full-time hours are Monday-Sunday Shifts can vary. Additional hours could be available depending on availability. Primarily night shift
Store Hours 9am-10pm
Must:
- Be 21
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a current MED Badge
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of weight increments and recreational purchasing limits
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Be comfortable making sales and upselling
- Be able to pass a background check
- Has open availability
- Must fulfill some opens and closes
- Open availability
- At least 1 year industry experience.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of cannabis retail laws and regulations
- Multilingual is always a plus
Budtenders: starting at $19.29/hr tips
- Greet and scan customers into the queue
- Educate customers on different products and consumptions methods
- Provide recommendations
- Cash handling and transactions
- Maintaining inventory on sales floor and back stock
- Keep store clean and organized
- Maintain store compliance with state regulations and company guidelines
- Labeling product
- Monitoring and fulfilling online orders
- Various side work tasks as needed: cleaning, filing, etc.
