- Ensure compliance with food safety standards while preparing and serving drinks.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail math, basic math, and cash handling.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
