We’re looking for a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐗 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 who’s excited to improve physician-facing applications and make complex healthcare workflows simpler and more intuitive. If you love solving challenging UX problems — this is for you.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

🔍 Lead and execute end-to-end user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).

🧭 Identify the right research methods based on product phase & timelines.

📊 Transform insights into clear recommendations that influence product direction.

🤝 Collaborate closely with UX, Product & cross-functional teams.

📣 Communicate findings effectively and help build a user-centered culture.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:

✔ 6 years of UX research experience with strong usability & testing skills.

✔ Experience in qualitative and quantitative results impacting product strategy.

✔ Demonstrable user impact and influence on product experience.

✔ Team-first mindset with openness to feedback.

✔ Passion for improving complex user experiences.
