We are looking for a skilled Data Center Operations Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure and ensure high availability of data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center operations, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of power, space, and system event management.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and performance
- Manage power, cooling, and electrical distribution systems
- Monitor and respond to system events using DCIM/BMS tools
- Perform hardware, server, and basic network installation and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Support capacity planning related to power and space utilization
- Participate in incident management and crisis response activities
- Maintain operational documentation and compliance standards
✅ Required Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Strong knowledge of power systems, cooling systems, and electrical distribution
- Familiarity with DCIM and BMS platforms
- Basic network engineering knowledge (IP addressing, cabling, switch connectivity)
- Hands-on experience with server and hardware installation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in vendor coordination and project support
