Job Title: QuickBooks Financial Operations Specialist
📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid/Onsite)
We are seeking a QuickBooks-Certified Financial Operations Specialist to support financial operations for the Assessments business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations (U.S. & Canada)
- Support month-end and year-end financial reconciliations
- Conduct monthly tax reviews and ensure accurate reporting
- Verify invoices for accuracy and correct coding
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- QuickBooks Certification required
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Familiarity with tax review processes and financial controls
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
