Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in the Quadient Inspire Platform to design, develop, and implement customer communication workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid API development experience and the ability to build secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

This is a Contract-to-Hire role. Candidates must be local to one of the listed client locations. Fully remote-only candidates may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire
Build and integrate secure, scalable APIs following architectural guidelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on input/output requirements and system usage
Support strategic planning, quality assurance, and compliance with internal controls
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving workflow and integration issues

Required Technical Skills

Quadient Inspire Platform: Designer, Scaler, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow
API Technologies: REST, SOAP, and other API protocols
Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, Shell Scripting
Databases: SQL
Version Control: GitHub

Experience & Education

5 years of software engineering experience
Bachelor s degree required
Master s degree preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms
Exposure to Precisely EngageOne platform
Engagement & Compliance Details
W2 consultants only
W2 consultants from a consulting firm on C2C are also workable
Sponsorship requirement must be disclosed upfront
Candidates must be eligible for conversion to full-time employment

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $80 - $90 per hour on W2.
